Our patent-pending clamp system grips the trailer’s main frame to provide secure attachment and quick install with no drilling or welding into the trailer frame, allowing for it to be easily moved to another trailer if needed.

  • How does it mount?

    Our basket style dunnage rack uses the same patent pending no drill mount clamp system as the side load dunnage rack and grips the trailer main beam inner flanges.

  • Will it fit my trailer?

    Our mounting system fits almost all aluminum, steel and combination trailers and accommodates a wide range of frame widths, thicknesses and depths.  The standard mounting system for this rack places the top of the basket about 3" above the trailer main frame bottom flange with about 8 1/2" of the basket below the bottom flange.  Please check with us or one of our dealers to make sure you get the correct unit for your trailer. 

  • How many 4x4s does it hold?

    Up to (18) 4x4s, 102" in length in the rack.  Up to  (23) 4x4s can be stowed if the top (5) are secured to the rack.

  • What are the advantages of a basket style dunnage rack?

     We recommend this basket for the flexibility of hauling shorter length dunnage or stowing other items besides dunnage.  No moving parts design is about as simple and dependable as you can get.

  • Can you ship direct so I can install?

    Yes, but part of having a dealership network is reduced shipping cost by shipping multiple units versus a single unit. Please call or email for a delivered price quote and you'll still have to install it.

  • Why is it offered in powder coat and galvanized finish?

    Our standard finish for this rack is galvanizing for it's ability to withstand the harsh conditions it operates in.  We also offer a blasted and powder coat finish that is very durable and provides the customer a choice of colors.

  • Can I haul anything else in this rack?

    You can do whatever you want but this dunnage rack is designed to carry dunnage.  It is not made for load securement chains, binders, snow chains, etc.
